Malerisches "Rustico" (Bruchstein-Villa) in außergewöhnlicher Lage: In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer (Steilküste) liegt in einem uralten Olivenhain das ehemalige Herrenhaus Acqua Bianca.

ENGLISH VERSION
Picturesque rustico (quarry stone villa) in extraordinary location: In an ancient olive grove and the immediate vicinity of the sea (steep coast), lies former manor Acqua Bianca.
The historic building in Marina di Pisciotta’s Località Acqua Bianca dates from the end of the 19th century.
After it had stood unoccupied for a long time, it was gradually renovated and has for quite some years now been rented out as a spacious holiday home with a main unit (4 pers.) and an additional unit (5 pers.). HOLIDAY HOME IN FANTASTIC LOCATION FACING THE SEA As the holiday home is located on slightly sloping premises, the entrance to the upper floor, i.e. the main unit, at the back of the house is at ground level.
Inside, the old, high ceilings provide for an airy and spacious atmosphere. The first room you enter is the large living-dining room, where a round arched opening 'separates' the cozy living area with sofa corner and fireplace from the dining area.
The separate eat-in kitchen opens onto the spacious terrace, from where you have got a wonderful view of the nearby, sparkling sea.
There are 2 bedrooms (double bed; twin beds), both with access of the terrace, and 2 bathrooms (bathtub/WC/bidet; shower/WC) in the main unit. Furnishing also includes WiFi (not suitable for telework), TV and washing machine; a children’s bed can be provided upon request.
There is a roofed parking space next to the house.
The ca. 10,000 m² property Casa Acqua Bianca is located on is partly fenced. IN-LAW APARTMENT ON THE LOWER FLOOR – The in-law apartment for up to 5 persons on the lower floor can be rented in addition to the main home.
It includes 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk bed, 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen-dining-living room and a roofed terrace. Should you wish to rent only the main home, the in-law apartment remains unoccupied. THE WAY TO THE BEACH To get to the lovely, partly sandy beach of Marina di Pisciotta on foot, you need only follow the low-traffic (except in August) road for about 800 m. Bars, restaurants and a small grocery store are also found at Marina di Pisciotta (ca. 1.5 km ). It takes you about 5 min. by car to the main village of Pisciotta, which you can also reach on foot by following an uphill path. Children’s bed on request WIFI – please note: available, but not suitable for SmartWorking/telework or the like ---------------------------------------- Bed linen & towels included Deposit: € 200 - due in cash upon arrival Visitor’s tax – due on site: € 0.50 /pers. per day in June & September; € 1 /pers. per day in July; € 2 /pers. per day in August; charged as of age 16 and for max. 10 nights (no responsibility taken) Heating (fireplace): charged on site in case of / according to use Daily cleaning / cleaning several times per week on request: 10 € /hour Pet (dog): € 50 /stay - Please mention when booking whether you want to bring along a pet.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr geräumig und die Lage fantastisch. Kleinere Mängel wie löchrige Mückennetze oder ein paar kaputte Glühbirnen ließen sich problemlos selbst beheben. Die Schwachstelle im Hochsommer ist die fehlende Klimanlage, das Haus kühlt zwar nachts runter, aber bei wirklich heißen Temp...
