With a central location and within walking distance of all amenities, this apartment is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends who wish to relax and enjoy the best the city has to offer. Situated on the second floor with access by elevator or stairs, this apartment features free internet, a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, two single beds, and a built-in bunk bed at the entrance (additional cost), as well as a bathroom with a shower and a built-in wardrobe at the entrance. It includes a kitchenette with a dining table and chairs, and a wonderful sea-view balcony where you can use the outdoor barbecue and enjoy a relaxing al fresco meal. Apartment Marbella is located in the center of Albufeira, right on the beachfront of Fisherman's Beach, where you have everything you need: a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies, for a relaxing and memorable holiday. The old town center of Albufeira is a few streets away, and the famous Oura Street is a 5-minute drive, where you will find the best bars and the best nightlife the city has to offer. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.

For your convenience, grocery baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.

However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with booking one.

We can also arrange transfers if you require them. Group deposit: €200 per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.

There are some restrictions for group bookings. Please note that the maximum occupancy of this property is 4. An additional charge will be applied for the 5th to 6th guest, which includes an extra bed. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
