Property Description
Our non-smoking holiday apartment is located in the southern part of Bad Bergzabern, in a traffic-calmed residential area.
The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the historic old town, the Südpfalztherme thermal spa oasis, and the spa park.
Our house is also ideally located as a starting point for idyllic walks in the vineyards and extensive hikes in the Palatinate Forest.
For a bike tour, the "Firstweg" is recommended, a service road over 15 km long, not far from us by bike.
Surrounded by vines and fields, while always staying on the high ground, you can enjoy a magnificent 360° panorama towards the Rhine plain, the Black Forest, Alsace, and the Palatinate Forest with its numerous castles and climbing rocks. We would be delighted to welcome you as our guest.
A 55 m² holiday apartment awaits you. The well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and the cozy living room with a TV and DVD player have everything you need for your holiday.
The separate bedroom with a double bed guarantees restful nights.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. In the midsummer, you can regulate the room temperature to pleasant levels with the new air conditioning system. End your day on our large, furnished southwest-facing balcony with a glass of wine and enjoy the last rays of the sun with a view of the beautiful Palatinate Forest and Bad Bergzabern's observation tower, the wooden Bismarck Tower. Sehr schöner, nachmittags sonniger Balkon zum Sitzen und Verweilen .
Parkpkatz vor dem Haus . Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zentrum Bad Bergzabern sowie in die Weinberge(perfekt für Spaziergänger und Radfahrer) nur einige Minuten vom Haus weg. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber !!!
