Osiglia, the holiday home ‘La Rosa sul Lago’ boasts mountain views and a great location close to the lake and forest trails.
The property is for EXCLUSIVE use and the outdoor area of over 7000 sqm is perfectly fenced .
The property is pet-friendly. A maximum of 3 dogs are allowed, more can be accommodated by agreement with the owner at an extra charge.
The 2-storey structure consists on the ground floor of a living room, the bathroom with all accessories, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle and everything you need.
On the first floor, 2 bedrooms complete with bed linen, can therefore accommodate 6 persons plus a child.
Additional services include Wi-Fi, a home office space, heating and a washing machine.
If required, a cot with baby equipment and a high chair are also available.
The private outdoor area includes a large garden, a barbecue, a solar shower, a Finnish wood-fired sauna and a heated hot tub.
All necessary parking spaces are available on the property.
Public transport connections are within walking distance.
In summer, the owner recommends the Mazzut bar for refreshments, pedal boats and music evenings, Bacolla for swimming pools, beach volleyball and music, the pizza restaurant La Tavernetta, the Gallese butcher's shop, the bakery, the Colzani haberdashery and the village pharmacy.
Visits to the lavender fields can be organised.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Air conditioning is not necessary.
