This single-storey apartment sleeps 3. The living room has a seating and a dining area. The television has streaming functions. So you can view apps from your phone or tablet directly on the TV screen. You use your own accounts to do that. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a coffee cup machine and a combination microwave. There are 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds in total. There is 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
The apartment has a balcony with patio furniture. Some of these types of apartments have an Egg hanging chair on the balcony from the end of March to mid-October. In winter and during stormy weather, we will remove it from the balconies for safety.
Parking is possible at the central parking, and use of Wi-Fi is free.
Good to know: the single bedroom has a ventilation grid, its window cannot be opened. The double bedroom has no window. The descriptions, images, specifications, and floor plans of the accommodation are subject to change. In some accommodations, a maximum of two pets per accommodation are allowed on request. If you would like to bring your pet, you must indicate this directly when booking. Additional costs apply per pet. The surcharge per pet is shown when entering your booking details. It is no longer possible to add a pet after completing the booking, as the number of pet-friendly accommodations is limited for each accommodation category. You stay in an appartment that has all the modern comforts. Your appartment is at a rock’s throw from the boulevard, where you can buy great souvenirs or look for a nice restaurant to eat at that night. Feeling a bit more adventurous? Why not take a stroll down the beach or rent a bicycle and discover the beautiful environment? A visit to the famous cheese market in Alkmaar or a day of shopping in Amsterdam are also absolute musts. The beaches of Egmond aan Zee have a Blue Flag, the European hallmark of clean and safe marinas and beaches. Roompot house rules - The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older. - Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused. - The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another. - If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot.

Die Lage am Wasser wunderschön..die Codebetätigungen sehr gut.
Das einzelne zu schmale Bett.
Aus dem ich letzte Nacht im Schlaf rausfiel..
Aber keine grosse Blessuren..

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist fantastisch! Wir haben die meiste Zeit damit verbracht, Egmond aan Zee zu erkunden, und es war schön, in unser komfortables Apartment zurückzukehren. Der Wasserkocher war praktisch, um uns nach unseren Spaziergängen Tee zuzubereiten.
