Enjoy holidays with a picturesque view! The three gorgeous sandy beach bays Porticello, Cala d'Arconte and Capo Grosso lie at the feet of charming holiday home Villetta Rosalba. They 'separate' the accommodation from the popular fishing village of Marina di Camerota.

The atmosphere around the house on a gentle slope is immediately relaxing. It's easy to lose track of time while relaxing on the sun loungers or immersing yourself in a holiday read in the shade of the terrace. As evening falls, the full magic of this place is revealed. Then the setting sun envelops the headlands and islets off Marina di Camerota in a warm, red light.

VACATION HOUSE WITH TASTEFUL WOODEN MOBILIAR
Villetta Rosalba is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living/dining room with kitchenette. The interior is characterised by tasteful wooden furniture. This is perfectly matched to the wooden beamed ceiling, which not only gives the Villetta the right rural ambience, but also radiates a lot of cosiness.

When entering the house, the kitchenette framed by sunny yellow tiles immediately catches the eye. From the adjacent dining table, you can look out over olive trees and the vast sea. For cosy hours during the day, there is a sofa in the living/dining room.

The double bedroom is also cosy and offers a view of the coast and the nearby sea as soon as the shutters open in the morning. Next door is another bedroom with two single beds. Custom-built wall cupboards in both rooms offer plenty of space to store your holiday wardrobe.

In the adjoining daylight bathroom you will find a washing machine, among other things. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the hallway.

OUTDOOR AREA WITH SEA-VIEW TERRACE
The Villetta Rosalba is surrounded by a spacious plot of land with a separate outdoor area for the holiday home. The way into the house leads via the covered terrace with solid wood furniture. The view from here simply has everything to offer: from the gently undulating sea to fine sandy bays and olive tree-covered slopes.

A few steps lead down from the terrace to a small sun platform with cosy loungers and a wonderful view of the sea. There is also a small vegetable garden in the fenced grounds. The grounds offer parking for up to two cars.

FURTHER INFORMATION & OUR TIP
The centre of Marina di Camerota, with restaurants, bars and shops open all year round, is approx. 2 km from Villetta Rosalba. The nearest supermarket is approx. 1 km away at the entrance to Marina di Camerota. Please note that in the main holiday month of August, the village is often quite lively until late in the evening.

The sandy beach bay of Porticello is just 800 metres from the house, but not in sight. This can only be reached on foot via a paved path. Other bays and the long, fine sandy beaches between Palinuro and Marina di Camerota are just a few minutes away by car.

OUR TIP: Year after year, the beaches along the Camerotan coast are honoured and voted among the most beautiful in Italy by Legambiente (Italian environmental protection organisation). The Baia Infreschi, a natural harbour south of the town, has already gained particular fame as a result. A hiking trail lined by the sea leads from the edge of the village directly into the bathing paradise. It is a little easier and quicker to get from the harbour to Infreschi Bay by boat. A wonderful experience and a unique opportunity to see those treasures of the coast that otherwise remain hidden from view.

HOLIDAY HOME WITH TASTEFUL WOODEN FURNITURE
The inside of Villetta Rosalba is characterised by tasteful wooden furniture. It harmonises perfectly with the wood beamed ceiling, which provides for a quite fitting rural ambience as well as a cozy atmosphere. The holiday home includes two bedrooms (double bed; twin beds), a windowed bathroom (shower/WC/bidet, washing machine) as well as a living-dining room with kitchen unit (incl. 4-burner gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer).

What catches your eye as soon as you enter the holiday home are the sunny yellow tiles of the kitchen unit. Sitting at the dining table, you can let your gaze wander out towards the olive trees and the vast sea. During the take-it-easy time of the day, make yourself comfortable on the sofa in the living-dining room, where you have also got SAT-TV at your disposal.

From the cozy double bedroom of Villetta Rosalba, you can take in the view of the coast and the nearby sea as soon as you open the shutters in the morning. Both bedrooms have got fitted wardrobes, where you can easily store all your holiday clothes.
Villetta Rosalba features air conditioning (extra charge for use) in the hallway and WiFi; a children's bed can be provided.

OUTDOOR AREA WITH SEA VIEW TERRACE - On the spacious premises Villetta Rosalba is located on, the holiday home's outdoor area is clearly defined. You enter the house via the roofed terrace with solid wooden outdoor furniture and a view of gently rocking waves, fine sandy bays and olive treed slopes. A few steps down from the terrace, there is a small 'sun platform' with cozy loungers and a marvellous view of the sea.
On the fenced premises, you also find an outdoor shower and a grill at your disposal as well as a small vegetable garden. Parking is available for up to two cars.

FURTHER INFORMATION & OUR TIP
The centre of Marina di Camerota with restaurants, bars and stores open year-round is about 2 km from Villetta Rosalba. The nearest supermarket is found about 1 km off, at the entrance to Marina. Please mind: In the main travel month of August, the town is a very lively place and a lot may be going on in and around the town until late in the evening.

Not within your view, but a mere 800 m from the house, lies the sandy beach bay of Porticello, which you can reach only on foot via a surfaced path. It takes you only a few minutes by car to reach other bathing bays and the long, fine sandy beaches between Palinuro and Marina di Camerota.

OUR TIP: Every year, the beaches along the Camerota coastline are 'honoured' and counted among the most beautiful in Italy by Legambiente (Italian environmental organisation). Baia Infreschi, a natural harbour south of town, has been among them and has therefore become rather well-known. A hiking trail 'bordered' by the sea runs from the outskirts of town straight into this bathing paradise. A trip by boat from the harbour to Infreschi bay is a bit 'easier' and faster. It is a wonderful experience and a unique opportunity to see those treasures of the coast which, otherwise, remain hidden from the eye.
