Enjoyed our break at Rowan House. Lovely house, very clean. Everything we needed was provided. Good communication with owners. Nice walk into Beverley or bus stop nearby. Some people might find traffic noise a problem...but didn't detract from our stay.

Beautifully clean, well kept house. quite near but well separated from a busy road - (no access to road so completely safe, traffic noise may be an issue when outside in the garden but quiet indoors). We were very comfortable and everything we wanted/needed was to hand.
