Fonte Nuova is a traditional villa on several levels (mq 380) in Badia Agnano, in the countryside around Arezzo, with an independent swimming pool (dim. 20x8 h. 1.50 ) at the highest part - 80cm lower part) - fenced - with outdoor shower and footbath.
Fenced outdoor space of 5000 square metres and uncovered parking inside the property for 5 cars.
Access to the house is via a natural road of 100 metres. You will find comfortable furnishings in rustic Tuscan style. In the basement there are two rooms with low ceilings, one with a ping pong table and the other with a billiard table.
The villa dates back to the 1600s and was the home of a farmer who worked on the property and is now located in an organic farmhouse. It is a stone house that retains its original features, the ceilings some have been maintained maintaining the originality of the materials. Distances: Badia Agnana 1km, Ambra 3km, Bucine 5km, Arezzo 25km, Siena 35km and Florence 40km, therefore within a tourist triangle of Tuscan excellence.
There is a bus stop 100 metres away. In the town of Bucine, 5 km away, you will find small local shops and the wonderful atmosphere of authentic Italian cafés.
The property is located in the countryside, which is why it is important to have a car.
