A tranquil base with big skies & wild seas, 50 Harbour Road is an ideal getaway for exploring the South coast & the Downs, or enjoying days of water sports and walking, whilst close to Goodwood festivals, Speed and Revival.
Also within walking distance to the lagoon and beach, both perfect landscapes for outdoor enthusiasts, 50 Harbour Road rests near a handful of convenience stores, where you can grab a bite to eat at one of the nearby pubs, restaurants, or cafés, including Pagham Beach Café, The Bear Inn, and The Lion.
The house has a private driveway accommodating three cars.
Inside you will find the well-equipped kitchen/diner, where you can cook and enjoy mealtimes together; on warmer days you cna light the outdoor BBQ, set the patio table and dine amongst the pretty blooms and luscious lawn found in the quiet private garden.

The bedrooms consist of three king-size, two of which have en-suites, a family room, and a single, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and a private driveway for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a travel cot. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, a pub in 1.3 miles, and the beach in 0.4 miles.
