We offer for rent this charming 130 m² house in Saint-Malo, accommodating up to 6 guests.
It features a spacious 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub), and a lovely 500 m² garden. Cleaning is included, and we provide 4-star hotel-quality linens (bed sheets, towels, dishcloths). Your bed will be made upon arrival. Accommodation layout Ground floor: • 40 m² living room with TV and sofa • Fully equipped kitchen, including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and stovetop • Separate toilet • Laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board First floor: • Bedroom 1: Two single beds • Bedroom 2: One double bed (140x190 cm) • Bathroom with a shower, bathtub, double vanity unit, and toilet Second floor: • Bedroom 3: One double sofa bed • Bedroom 4: One double bed (140x190 cm) Baby equipment: A travel crib is available upon request when booking.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we only provide the standard mattress that comes with the crib.
If you require an additional mattress, please bring your own. Outdoor area: • Spacious 500 m² garden with a terrace, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue (charcoal not provided). Location The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a pleasant and convenient area, close to shops, restaurants, bars, and markets. Nearby supermarkets: • Les Fermiers de la Baie (local products) – 3 min (Avenue Maréchal Juin) • Coop Bio (organic store) – 3 min (Boulevard de l’Espérance) • Lidl – 5 min (8 Rue de la Croix Désilles) • Leclerc – 8 min (55 Boulevard des Déportés) Transportation • Free parking is available near the house • Nearest train station: Saint-Malo – 5 min by car (2 km) • Nearest bus stop: ORMEAUX, Line 6 • Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique – about 2h04 by car (187 km) Additional information • Bed linens and towels provided • Free high-speed WiFi (fiber optic) • Pets are not allowed • The fireplace is non-functional • Final cleaning does not include basic tidying tasks such as dishwashing, barbecue cleaning, or garbage disposal. 🙂 De locatie is heel rustig. Het huisje is heel ruim en heeft een leuke tuin. Het is dicht bij alle toeristische trekpleisters. Comfortabele bedden. Er is heel veel leuk speelgoed aanwezig voor de kids.

L'Ecrin du Val An incredible stay! Couldn’t recommend it more :) the place is super cute and cozy, with a lovely back yard, and all the amenities you would need & more! The location is very tranquil, and the hosts were easy helpful and easy to communicate with!
