This detached villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and 1 child up to the age of 4. The well-lit living room with underfloor heating is reached through the hallway that has a separate toilet. There is a TV with streaming function in the seating area. The open-plan kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee capsule machine, a combination microwave, a dishwasher and a kettle. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 1 sleeping loft and 2 bathrooms in total. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each downstairs. Both bedrooms have their own TV. 1 Bedroom downstairs has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower is also downstairs. The staircase in the living room leads to the cosy sleeping loft, and this has 2 single beds too. The sleeping loft can be closed with a curtain. There is a lounge suite on the deck. You can use the free Wi-Fi. There is also an indoor storage room with a washer dryer. The villa is sustainably developed, completely gas-free and has solar panels and a heat pump system.

Good to know: The television has streaming functions. So you can view apps from your phone or tablet directly on the TV screen. You use your own accounts to do that. Furthermore, it is nice to know this villa has a safe.

• Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused.
• The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another.
• If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot.
