Spacious and representative country house in a secluded location in Tönisvorst near Kempen. Generously designed and offering a great deal of privacy.
The house spans over 400 sqm. The expansive garden and yard, covering more than 3000 sqm, and the covered terrace with outdoor furniture, provide plenty of space for parking, playing, grilling and Jacuzzi.
By car, you can reach Düsseldorf Trade Fair & Airport in just 30 minutes, and Venlo (NL) in 20 minutes.
The accommodation is spread over a total of 12 rooms, including 7 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 1 common room, 3 bathrooms, and 2 guest WCs. A fully equipped kitchen, dining room with a large table, a living area of approximately 70 sqm, and other communal areas with sleeping options provide comfortable accommodation for over 20 people.
Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
The covered terrace invites you to grill and relax even in bad weather. The house also features a game room with table tennis.
Ground Floor:
• Large living area - equipped with a seating area with sleeping function and ethanol fireplace,
• Living room with sleeping area and adjacent dining room,
• Large fully equipped kitchen,
• Common room with piano and seating area,
• Bathroom with shower and WC,

First Floor:
• 1 bedroom with a double bed and connected bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, and sink. The bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.

• 1 additional bathroom with bathtub and sink,
• 3 bedrooms with double beds,
• 1 bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed,
• 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds.
Of course, internet access via Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the house.
We can provide you with all kind of services such as privat chef, luxury car rental (Bugatti, Ferrari, Bentley, etc.), driver, shuttle service etc. on request.
RENTAL CONDITIONS
In the high season, from April till the end of November, we set a minimum stay of 3 nights.
One-night stay is possible with a 50% surcharge and prior approval.
A surcharge of 30% on the total booking will be applied for public holidays.
Due to trade fairs, a surcharge of 50% on the total booking will be applied.
The jacuzzi is available from 1.06 to 15.09.
Please note that it is available upon request only and is subject to an additional fee.
Our villa is the perfect place for creative projects. Photo and video shoots are possible on request (!!!).
We reserve the right to set special conditions regarding prices, minimum duration, and occupancy for peak dates such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, major trade fairs, etc. These may differ from the standard conditions and will be communicated upon request. We hope for your understanding.
The property is monitored externally by video (only the entrances to the house). Your privacy will, of course, not be violated. Please inform your group accordingly.
The number of guests indicated at the time of booking is the confirmed number used by us for calculation purposes. If the number of arriving guests exceeds the original number, we ask for an additional fee for each guest for the entire stay.
