Totally not fit for purpose, photos don't show actual ladders and plan

We didn't even stay on night as one of out party couldn't get up or down ladder and couldn't squeeze into the bed which is more like a store room with a mattress.
Having to pay for other accommodation as this in is clearly being miss sold.

Wow! What an amazing experience staying on a house boat in Amsterdam! The boat is beautiful inside and Han was an extremely good host. I highly recommend this opportunity. The boat is truly just a short walk from the Central Train Station so you’re in the heart of the city. This experience made Amsterdam so much more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you Han for everything!
