We offer this charming 135 m² air-conditioned house with private pool and jacuzzi for rent in Saint-Doulchard, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a 39 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 2,500 m² garden.
When you rent this property, you'll enjoy a modern-style home that has also retained some traditional features. It offers perfect harmony between contemporary comfort and old-world charm.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
First floor :
- A 39 m² living room featuring a bright sitting area with TV, fireplace and sofa, and a dining area opening onto the outside. It's the ideal place for convivial meals and dinners with family or friends.
- A modern and functional kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with king-size bed (180x200) and en-suite bathroom with double whirlpool bath, double washbasin and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC.
First floor :
- Two bedrooms with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- A private, unheated 9x4-meter swimming pool, open from May to the end of October. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.
- A Jacuzzi, available all year round, located in a quiet corner of the garden and able to accommodate up to 6-8 people. The Jacuzzi is equipped with four speakers and a Bluetooth connection, allowing you to play your favorite music while lounging in the warm water.
- A beautiful 2,500 m² garden, enclosed and planted with trees, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet in complete privacy.
- A 20 m² pool house is equipped with a bar, sofa and garden furniture, so you can enjoy a meal al fresco on a sunny day. A hammock has also been installed in a shady corner of the pool house.
- A 50 m² south-facing terrace. It's oriented to soak up the sun all day long and offers a panoramic view of the garden and pool. It features a large table for up to six people. To protect you from the sun during the hottest hours, the terrace is equipped with electric blinds.
The house is ideally located, just 7 minutes by car from Bourges, in a very quiet, unoverlooked neighborhood. All essential shops (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, etc.) are close by.

- Visit the city of Bourges. Also Sancerre (30 min by car)
- Mantou Salon (20 min) for wine tasting or traditional cuisine.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the house's private parking lot, accessible via an electric gate, which can accommodate several vehicles.

- Bus stop between 150 and 400 meters from the property, depending on direction.
- Nearest train station : Bourges station 3.5 km away (approx. 7 minutes).
- Nearest airport : Bourges airport 6.2 km (approx. 13 minutes) away.
