The house is located in the protected area of the "platier d'oye", ornithological nature reserve, also 700 m from the beach of Escardines, the sea in the countryside very quiet.

The A16 puts Calais at 15 mn and Dunkirk at 40 mn, Boulogne / mer (Nausicaa) at 40 mn England close by, by shuttle or ferry to Calais Only 1 hour from Belgium (De Panne) where you can enjoy the theme parks

La moisissure dans la sdb, cafetière fatiguée, frigo trop petit. Manque d’éclairage dans salle à manger et salle de bain.

Maison complète en bordure de réserve naturelle. Jardin clôturé et animaux acceptés. Voisins calmes. Proche de la plage en traversant les dunes. Très bien pour le calme dans la nature, le contraire de la côte belge.
