The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with small top shelf freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and a first-floor living/dining room with TV and single bed. There's also a king-size bedroom, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is shared access to the owner's garden with lawn, patio, furniture and fire pit, and off-road parking for one car. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, and a pub and River Rother in 0.8 miles.
