Golf bags end up stacked near the entrance, hiking plans get made over breakfast, and by evening everyone drifts back toward the terrace carrying supermarket wine, muddy shoes, or stories from the kayaking routes around Durbuy. Sleeping up to 22 guests across 11 bedrooms, the property suits active group weekends that care more about the surrounding landscape than polished formality.
The house itself keeps the atmosphere easy and social. Some guests settle around the fireplace once temperatures drop, others disappear into billiards tournaments that somehow last all night, while the terrace and garden naturally become the centre of the stay during warmer months. The nearby forests make the whole area feel quieter than Durbuy itself once the day visitors leave town.
Adventure Valley Durbuy sits approximately 12 minutes away by car and is known for zip lines, ropes courses, mountain biking, and outdoor activities spread across the hills above the valley. Durbuy Old Town can be reached within roughly 15 minutes and is best explored later in the afternoon once the lunch crowds begin thinning out around the cafés and stone streets. The nearest golf course lies only 200 metres from the property, while the closest lake is around 1 km away.
It works particularly well for groups who want the outdoors to shape the stay rather than just surround it.

Das Haus hat eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre.
Die Schlafräume hatten ein eigenes Bad, aber wenig Komfort wie Regale, Schränke, Lampen.

Groot huis, prima slaapkamers (bedden, kast, badkamer), grote keuken (meerdere ovens, inductieplaten, koelkasten, vriezers en opbergkastjes). Ondanks dat het huis van hout is, is het heel goed te koelen, zelfs met 30 graden.
Enige minpunten waren geen sloten op de badkamers en vies beddengoed, maar dat werd snel voor ons opgelost

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit dem Kamin war perfekt für unsere Familienfeiern, Die Kinder liebten den Spielraum mit Tischtennis und Billard, Sehr empfehlenswert für große Gruppen!
