Apartment -Zur Scheune- Modern, newly furnished 78 sqm apartment, on the 1st floor, separate access via an external staircase, approx. 150m to the town center, 3 rooms for up to 4 guests, approx. 5km to the university town of Freiberg, approx. 35km to Dresden, approx. 25km to Seiffen in the Ore Mountains, one dog possible for an additional fee, 22kW charging station.
Details: Feel at home in our cozy apartment in a former coal merchant's building at the disused train station of our small town, suitable for up to 5 people.
An open, modern 3-room apartment with a large eat-in kitchen and two bedrooms with a terrace is available for you.
The entire building was energetically renovated in 2021 and equipped with state-of-the-art heating and cooling technology.
In summer, the large light fireplace can be opened or, if necessary, passively cooled via the ceiling.
Thanks to the underfloor heating, the apartment is also well-suited for allergy sufferers.
A reserved, free parking space is available for you in front of the building. You will live quietly on approximately 78 sqm on the first floor, yet close to the center.
Access from the parking lot to the apartment is via an external staircase.
You are welcome to bring a dog for a fee (see additional costs).

A Hauk baby travel cot including mattress, pillow, and duvet, a changing table, and a high chair for the little ones are available. Bedroom 1 offers a very comfortable double bed for you; up to two people can feel comfortable here.
Sufficient cozy blankets and pillows are available for you.
All beds are freshly made, you do not need to bring your own bed linen. - Bedroom 1 for 2 people: Double bed 180 x 210 - Bedroom 2 for 3 people: Bunk bed 90 x 185 cm, an additional bed as a pull-out bed, the upper bunk in the bunk bed is unfortunately not suitable for adult persons. In the new modern bathroom, a large walk-in shower with a low threshold and a bathtub await you, as well as plenty of fresh towels.
Look forward to the following additional amenities: - Wardrobe - Hallway coat rack - Iron - Hair dryer - Washing machine + use of drying room - Books and board games The facilities leave nothing to be desired here! There are also numerous activities in the region in autumn or winter: - Adventurous round trips and excursions - Beautiful Christmas markets in the region (Freiberg, Seiffen, Annaberg, Dresden) - A visit to the Terra Mineralia mineralogical exhibition in Freiberg (5km) - Swimming pool with sauna area (5km) - Museums (mining, natural history) - UNESCO World Heritage Montanregion Erzgebirge Boredom is not an option here! In dieser liebevoll eingerichteten gemütlichen Ferienwohnung vermisst man einfach Nichts!!! Der Service vor Ort (Ansprechpartner) kompetent und freundlich!!! Die Lage der Wohnung, Entfernung zu beliebten Ausflugszielen - ideal. Nach unserem Kurzaufenthalt kommen wir sicher für einen längeren Zeitraum wieder.
