This lovely 100m² villa, located in Cap Ferret, is in close proximity to the ocean, tennis courts, Le Sail Fish restaurant, and the market.
Its location, close to amenities (the center of Le Ferret, market, lighthouse, etc.), allows you to leave your car behind and do everything on foot or by bike.
This family villa features a large 40m² terrace with a plancha grill, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a ping-pong table overlooking a pleasant 1000m² enclosed garden with trees and an outdoor shower.

Wonderful, relaxing stay. The villa was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Lots of space and very comfortable.
Location was excellent for the Dunes beach and nice easy cycle into the village. The house is on a busy road and close to Sail Fish bar but it didn't keep us awake.
