Die Vermieter sind sowas von normal, bodenständig, unkompliziert - einfach nur zum gerne haben. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und kommen, wenn wieder Bad Tölz, nur in diese Wohnung. Man sollte die Natur und Tiere lieben, dann ist man am Kalvarienberg richtig.
100 Punkte an Tomsi und Babsi
grundsätzlich gibt es gar nichts zu meckern.
Vielleicht kann man noch eine mittlere Pfanne, Butterdose und Kerzenhalter ergänzen.

Unkomplizierter Check-In; Ruhige Lage; Größe der Wohnung für 2 Personen ideal; Ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden; Heizung funktioniert gut, gerade an kühleren Tagen;
Wer gerne mittendrin ist, muss hier Abstriche machen, da die Lage relativ außerhalb ist; Ein Staubsauger wäre gut gewesen, gerade wenn man ein paar Tage länger vor Ort ist; Wohnung ist relativ hellhörig, man hört die Gespräche der Nachbarn, vor allem im Schlafzimmer nicht ideal.

Die Wohnung, das Haus ist neuwertig. Es gab Restaurantempfehlungen des Gastgebers / der Gastgeberin. Alles in allem sehr gut.
