This pet-friendly bungalow offers a truly unique experience, with a deck under oak trees where you can spot red squirrels visiting, a dock for crab fishing, and boats docking from Portsmouth right on the doorstep; meaning you can get there without a car.
Inside you'll find ample space with spacious living areas and plenty of natural light, creating a truly tranquil atmosphere, a unique waterfront retreat away from the hustle and bustle.
Step inside your temporary home and be welcomed by a spacious kitchen/diner, complete with eye-level ovens and a dining table for eight - perfect for gathering around for some delicious home-cooked meals.
Continue through to the sitting room, where you can sink into the ample seating and enjoy the warmth of the woodburning stove, or open the 12ft bifold doors to the deck and look out for array of birds in the garden; you might even spot wading birds when the tide is low! When it's time to rest, four welcoming bedrooms await - two doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, and two twins, one with an en-suite cloakroom for flexible sleeping arrangements for your party.
There's also a bathroom for preparing for the day ahead with either a bath or a shower.
Feel free to bring your own kayaks and paddleboards that you can use from the dock at the bottom of the garden, or maybe go for a swim! There’s also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and outside, there is off-road parking and boat parking. There’s a spacious decked area and a lawn leading to the dock with barbecue, badminton net and rackets, and cornhole garden game included. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Hot Tub available upon request, an extra £220 will be payable directly to the owner. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop in 1.2 miles and a pub in 0.6 miles. Note: Due to the dockside location of the property, children and pets must be supervised at all times. Byewater is a superb choice for a waterside break on the Isle of Wight. Note: Wheelchair friendly property with wheelchair provided. Note: Paddleboards and kayaks provided on request, please contact us to advise. Please note: there is an extra fee of £15 per dog.
