Die Lage ist gut, zu Fuß ist der Strand und vieles anderes gut erreichbar.
Die Aussicht ist einmalig, was auf den Bildern immens hervorgehoben wird.
Die Ferienwohnung hat die besten Jahre einfach hinter sich, da gibt es nicht mehr viel dazu zu sagen.
Die Lage, direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße ist gut, bringt aber auch Lärm mit sich, besonders nachts merkt man dass die Fenster aus dem 50/60er Jahren stammen. Die Fenster sind total veraltet und...
Im Grossen und Ganzen in Ordnung.

Die Aussicht war toll.
Vado Ligure und Savona sind sehr gut auch mit dem Bus erreichbar, Haltestellen vor dem Haus. Tickets in der Tabaccheria neben dem Hauseingang links kaufen lohnt sich, beim Busfahrer kostet es das doppelte :-)
Den Kaffee trinken und etwas Essen in der Cafeteria von Marcello bei...
TV Sender in Deutsch fehlen, sollten vorhanden oder einstellbar sein!!
Die Fenster sollten besser verglast werden, es ist etwas laut durch die Strasse!!
Das Bad würde ich von Grund auf erneuern, ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Für die Jacken eine Aufhänge Möglichkeit (Garderobe) wäre auch nicht schl...
