It comprises: an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed and television opening onto a double south-facing terrace with awning, garden table, and sun loungers; a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, built-in oven, fridge/freezer, mini dishwasher, etc.); an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and French doors leading to the terrace; a brand-new bathroom with shower and washing machine; and a separate toilet.
Private parking space in the building's underground garage.
Additional charges: electricity during the heating season.
