Well kept Italian yard, opportunity to eat outside, balconies with view. Pool. Quite spacious. Small garden cottage house with queen bed and attached full bathroom. The villa is a short but steep 10 minute hike up from Levanto town that it owns its views. There is a direct short way to the beach dow...

Beautiful classic Italian villa overlooking Levanto and the Ligurian Sea. Walking down to town not a problem. We took a taxi to get back up and our driver was readily available. Host was very helpful with anything we needed.

The rooms were clean but the waste issue was not nice. The kitchen was working well and the outside tables/chairs as well. The pool was very small and not in a good condition. The place is not good for small children. The road to the place was horribly, very challenging to get there by car and you need at least a SUV and even then difficult. The host was vey nice and helpful
