Description of the apartment
Danish wooden house (approx. 112m² at ground level) with garden, terrace, integrated carport and lockable tool room. The detached house, with a unique distant view, is situated in a very quiet village location above the Moselle in the Hunsrück village of Grenderich.
It has 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 sleeping options.
A master bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.
A single room with sideboard and a king-size bed (width 140 cm) and a single room cheerfully and colourfully designed, with writing corner, sideboard and a single bed (90 cm).
The holiday home has pellet heating.
Living areas:
Through the entrance you enter your own spacious holiday home with (laminate flooring and terracotta tiles), living room, dining area with dining table and chairs, leather couch, coffee table and bookcase.
In the utility room there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Garden not fenced, with many perennials and flowers with garden furniture, parasol and charcoal barbecue.
Parking in your own carport with electric charging station for cars and bikes.

Fully equipped fitted kitchen with cooker (ceramic hob) and oven, extractor bonnet, fridge with freezer compartment, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, table linen, cooking apron, filter coffee machine, kettle, French press, hot air fryer, toaster, bread slicer, bread maker, blender, juicer, baking utensils, high-quality porcelain and glasses, sufficient pans and pots.

We are pleased to introduce you to our little paradise and would like to invite you to immerse yourself in the graceful landscape of the Hunsrück with its direct proximity to the Moselle (Cochem/Zell).
In the ambience of the house you will find peace and security. Attentive hosts will try to convey the unique feeling of life of our homeland to you with pleasure.
Our house is located in a very quiet village outskirts of Grenderich - 8 km above Zell an der Mosel. Sometimes deer come right up to the house.
Each room is individually designed and has been lovingly thought out down to the smallest detail and furnished in Scandinavian country house style.
When the weather is fine, the idyllic garden with terrace and unique views of the Eifel and Hunsrück invite you to relax.
But - nothing is nicer than exploring the area and the Moselle itself in bright sunshine.
We look forward to your visit.
