La venezianità e la modernità si fondono per creare questo piccolo bilocale in una delle zone più tranquille e residenziali di Venezia: i Giardini della Biennale, nel sestiere di Castello.
Per raggiungere l'appartamento, situato in Corte Zurlin, si deve percorrere il Sotoportego Zurlin, che ha la particolarità di essere il più basso di Venezia!
Inoltre, in estate, è possibile con solo una fermata di vaporetto rilassarsi sulle fantastiche spiagge sabbiose del Lido di Venezia.
L'appartamento è composto da un soggiorno con divano letto, un angolo cottura, un bagno con doccia e una camera matrimoniale.
Piazza San Marco è raggiungibile in 20 minuti con una splendida passeggiata lungo Riva degli Schiavoni.
I check-in sono possibili dalle 15 alle 19. Quelli più tardivi, sono possibili previo accordo e con un supplemento di 30,00€ nel caso di arrivi entro le 22 o 50,00€ entro le 23. Die Lage ( Nähe zu Biennale war für uns entscheidend) die Küchenausstattung. Es waren einige für das Kochen wichtige Lebensmittel ( Öl, Aceto balsamico, Salz, Kaffetabs, Zucker) vorhanden. Die Betten waren bequem.
Das Badezimmer sehr klein, es fehlten die Hacken, man konnte ein Hand- bzw. Duschtuch nirgendwo aufhängen. Der Boden konnte man nicht trocken bekommen, von irgendwo floß ständig das Wasser auf den Boden.
