Rousa, a small, fine guesthouse in the middle of Oberrasen in the beautiful Antholz Valley.
Here an old, simple farmhouse meets original design.
The mini-apartment "cosy" on the ground floor is a good 20 m² and comes with a king-size bed, wardrobe, satellite TV and safe.
The kitchenette has a hob, fridge with freezer compartment, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and dishwashing utensils, a filter coffee maker and Italian mocha.
In the bathroom, a shower, WC, bidet shower and washbasin, hairdryer, towels and hand soap await you.
One of the highlights is certainly the large panoramic window with a view of the inner courtyard with herb garden and outdoor lounge, which is also available to guests.
The original parlour on the ground floor serves a delicious breakfast every day.
This cosy room is also a great place to linger during the day or in the evening.
Lots of books, card and board games as well as a trust bar await you there! Final cleaning included, for more than 7 days also an intermediate cleaning.

Free parking in the immediate vicinity, for 5 euros per day one of the 2 parking spaces at the house can be reserved.
