The "Am Riedlewald" holiday apartment is a basement unit in a quiet residential building in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance, offering 36 m² of space for up to 3 guests.

wegen muffigem Geruch bin ich einen Tag früher ausgezogen. Auf Ihrer Webseite müsste unbedingt angegeben sein, dass es eine Kellerwohnung ist, sonst fühlt sich die Kundin, "verarscht". Ich buche NIE eine Wohnung im Basement!!

Die Wohnung liegt gut zentral, so dass man alles wichtige zu Fuß erreichen kann. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und perfekt für Pärchen. Als Kellerwohnung ist es im Sommer angenehm kühl.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wirklich sehr, sehr nette Gastgeber der immer sofort zur Stelle ist, sollten einmal Probleme oder Fragen auftreten.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber! Check In Prozess war fantastisch - auch als wir aufgrund von Staus deutlich später ankamen. Bett sehr gemütlich. Küche super ausgestattet. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür! Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt über das Wochenende und kommen gerne wieder.
