Detached villa with a heated swimming pool (8m x 2.5m), closed from October 1st.
The living area is located on the raised ground floor opening onto a terrace with outdoor furniture.
Inside, you will find a bright living room with a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and sink, a separate toilet, a bedroom with two single beds (0.80m), a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and an en-suite shower room (shower, sink), and a closed mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and an en-suite shower room and toilet.
On the garden level, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a toilet, and a shower room.
For leisure, there is a large relaxation room with a pool table and home cinema.
A large garage and a parking space are also available.
Amenities: Wi-Fi, refrigerator/freezer, television, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, toaster, crockery.

Het huis zelf en de korte afstand naar het strand.
- De tuin konden we niet gebruiken daar het alleen maar onkruid was.
- het zwembad op zich was prima maar de stenen errond waren niet verzorgd. Onkruid kwam erdoor.
- Het huis in het algemeen was prima maar was niet volledig proper. Zo vonden we bij aankomst spiegels die niet proper waren en de kasten vd keuken waren ook niet volledig proper.
- invasie van mieren in huis.
