Enjoy a wonderful fishing vacation in this charming red wooden house right on the water.
Here you live close to nature at the forest with many wild mushrooms and berries. The cottage has a plot with its own bathing jetty and rowing boat. Take a fishing trip by boat and enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful Svinstasjön.
Down by the water there is a sauna where you can warm up after a swim in the lake. Watch the beautiful sunset with a glass of champagne on the terrace.
The house is located in an area with 20 cottages.
In the main building there is a sofa bed. In the annex there is a double bed and a bunk bed.
Feel close to nature in the outdoor shower, where you can also get hot water (heated with gas). Toilet is located in the annex (separate).
Linköping is only 20 minutes away by car. If you want to shop, there are many stores in the IKANO building and in the Tornby area. Visit the Air Force Museum, stroll through the alleys of Linköping's old town or take a bike ride along the Göta Canal. Near Linköping you will find Bergs Slussar and the beautiful lake Roxen. Especially the western part of the lake is great for bird watching. In Linköping there are golf courses, a swimming pool, a playground and much more. Kolmårdens Zoo is less than an hour's drive away.?

Tolle Lage um einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Einrichtung war liebewohl gestaltet und man hatte alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und es standen keine Fragen offen.

Ein besonderes Ambiente direkt am See. Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Sauna, Boot und Kanu. Einfach perfekt zum Relaxen. Die Biotoilette ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig daran gewöhnt man sich aber schnell. 3 KWH sind als Inklusivpauschale im Preis enthalten. Das ist etwas zu wenig, spielt finanziell allerdings keine Rolle. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
