The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, barbecue and a hot tub, along with off-road parking for three cars. Within 1.3 miles you will find a shop and a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are also available. With 4.6 miles there is a shop and with 1.4 miles there is a pub. Tokenhill Cottage is an ideal escape for a family in Dorset. 1 x small dog welcome, owner may accept 2 small dogs with prior agreement. Owner has agreed to accept pets from October 2023.
