The villa is located approximately 9.9 km from the local airport, 8.8 km from the nearest beach, and 6.2 km from the nearest hypermarket. This walled, fully independent property features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with an ancestral fireplace and smokehouse, a dining room, a living room, an audiovisual room with a two-seater sofa bed, a snooker room, a cobbled patio with a picnic table and grill, and a threshing floor with a garden table.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine, dryer, and iron.

Bathrooms are fitted with electric towel rails and hairdryers. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and dining room.

The property is ideal for a quiet family vacation, and is completely independent. Parties are not permitted, and only guests specified in the reservation may occupy the property.
