The living areas of this property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for six and a sitting area with a TV, plus a utility with a second fridge and freezer and a washing machine, and a first-floor sitting room with balcony. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double and a twin, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC, as well as a first-floor double with en-suite shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is a front non-enclosed patio and a rear enclosed patio with furniture as well as off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.4 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. We had a great stay at Fron Y Felin this weekend. The house is very well decorated and immaculate. It is only a short drive/walk away from pubs and Ingleton falls.
