Spacious 2 bedroom house in a quiet and friendly close, in a great location for central Cardiff, which is a 30-40 min. walk away. There is also a frequent bus service, with the bus stop being just 2 min away.
Lots of supermarkets and other amenities within a 1-mile radius, plus several local shops within a 4 min walk.
Lovely open plan living space, comfortable bedrooms and private, fully fenced garden ideal for young children.
The space
Beautiful large open plan living space/kitchen downstairs, plus entrance hall and utility room/WC. Kitchen is generously equipped, including a large fridge/freezer with plumbed ice machine. Fully enclosed patio & garden with table and chairs for 6 and Weber gas BBQ. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms and a full bathroom (with shower not bath). Main bedroom has super king-size bed plus large wall-mounted TV. 2nd bedroom has king-size bed. Each bedroom can accommodate a camp bed (comfortable camp beds provided on request, bedding included) taking overall capacity to 6 guests.
Guest access
Entire end of terrace house and fully-fenced garden with side access. Free on-street parking.

- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking allowed.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please observe a noise curfew between 9pm and 7am and respect neighbours’ rights to peace and quiet at all times.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please turn off lights and appliances when you go out.
- No electric car charging allowed.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times.
- Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes and if you use the barbecue, please clean it.
- Please take the rubbish out before you leave.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
