Enjoy a private garden with a barbecue.
The only shared area is the pool, which is used by four other houses.
Access to the terrace is through the common area of the complex, not directly from the house.
The pool is closed during the low season (November to February inclusive).

Parking is located right next to the house, within the villa grounds.

The property is at the entrance of Conil, two kilometers from the center and the beaches.
We recommend using a car to reach the center, which takes about five minutes.
