This truly delightful, stone-built, terraced cottage, The Snug, is situated in a quiet corner of the famous village of Haworth, only a short drive from the market town of Skipton.
Boasting original ceiling beams, exposed stonework and a feature fireplace, The Snug has been renovated to a high standard and provides an ideal retreat for a couple or small family to get away from it all and enjoy this historic corner of the Yorkshire Dales.
Located in a fabulous position, with the famous high street and many attractions residing just paces away from the property, The Snug provides guests with a superbly-appointed open-plan living space where you and your loved ones can catch up on the day’s events and play your itinerary for the days ahead.
A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor where the double bedroom awaits, with its very own handy en-suite facilities, ideal for winding down or getting ready for the day in style; head to the second floor to find the single bedroom, which is contained on a mezzanine floor overlooking the main bedroom, an interesting and quirky feature of this Haworth cottage.
When you’re ready to explore, head into the centre of Haworth to find a host of excellent restaurants, cafes and traditional pubs where you can treat your loved ones to some hearty grub or a cold tipple after a day of adventures.
Steeped in literary history and formerly home to the Bronte sisters, Haworth has much to offer, including a variety of walks, allowing visitors to follow in the footsteps of Catherine and Heathcliff by wandering the fantastic, rugged moorland.

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and a mezzanine single. Outside there is a private front patio with furniture and roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Within 0.1 miles you will find both a shop and a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available on request. The Snug is a lovely base from which to enjoy the delights of Yorkshire. Note: Limited headroom on mezzanine. Note: Steep stairs due to the age of the cottage, please take care.
