Appliances include an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and Smart TV. with Firestick and Netflix. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. A cot and highchair are available on request. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with gravelled area and corner sofa, along with off-road parking for one car. Within 0.1 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes two well-behaved dogs, but is non-smoking.
