Villa Bella awaits you in a quiet location in Manerba del Garda with a beautiful private pool for only 8 units. It is a holiday home on two floors tastefully furnished and suitable for a couple as well as for larger families.


On the ground floor in the spacious and bright living room with panoramic windows overlooking the lake you will find a fully equipped open kitchen from where you have direct access to the covered terrace completely furnished with table and chairs. On the terrace there is also a bbq and two comfortable sun loungers on which you can sunbathe in the lovely garden surrounded by a hedge. In the garden you will find the right atmosphere to relax with a good book, sunbathe or have a barbecue with friends.


Upstairs the house offers three bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and two with a double bed, from one room you can access another terrace with partial lake view. A bathroom with shower is on the first floor and another bathroom is on the ground floor.

You can park your car in the large single garage, here you can also park your bicycles. It is strictly forbidden to charge your car with electricity from the house.

Villa Bella offers you not only the opportunity to relax, but is also a starting point for exploring the enchanting region, from nearby Salò, Desenzano del Garda and Sirmione to the most beautiful cities of art: Brescia (35 km) , Verona (55 km), Mantua (70 km), Milan (130 km) and Venice (165 km).

The more sporty can enjoy numerous activities: trekking, golf, mountain biking, cycling, Nordic walking, sup, paragliding.
