With two double bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has dual aspect windows with views across the owner’s land to the river, here you will also find a high-end contemporary shower room with a large shower cubicle.
On the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen with thoughtful added extras like a coffee machine, which is waiting ready for you to make your morning java to drink on the patio.
The living area is a lovely light and airy space with French doors that allow you to bring the outside in.
This property was built with love because it was built by the owners for someone they love, and it really shows.
Internally, it has since been completely refurbished ready for guests to come and make some holiday memories and is the perfect escape from the stresses and strains of everyday life.
When it comes to things to see and do, you will most certainly be spoilt for choice.
With Pensthorpe Nature Reserve a very short distance away nature lovers will be delighted to learn that Sheringham Park, Royal Society for the Protection of Birds Cley Marshes and the Norfolk Broads are all within easy reach too.
History buffs can explore the Blickling, Houghton, Holkham and Sandringham Estates, the Muckleburgh and Thursford Collections, the latter with its Christmas Spectacular and Santa’s Magical Journey and the North Norfolk Heritage Railway.
And you can be at the stunning Norfolk coastline exploring beautiful beaches, wild marshes, walking cliff-tops, promenade and even a pier, or sitting on the quayside at Wells-next-the-Sea eating fish and chips within twenty minutes.

The house was comfortable and very clean, with all the equipment we needed. The only downside was that the broadband connection was rather hit and miss. However it had nice views and was in a peaceful location. There were plenty of things to do and places to visit in North Norfolk and we had a very relaxing holiday.

Spent two weeks at this delightful property in an ideal location for touring about. Extremely friendly and helpful owners who go out their way to ensure all is well, offer advice on some of the best places to visit and provided a nice welcome pack. Within easy distance of Sandringham, Blakeney Quay, nice beaches and other places of interest.

Great home from home well equipped very clean nice garden area locally peaceful and good to access places of interest not too far from towns .the owners are a delight very helpful and informative all in all probably the best holiday we have ever experience. Loved it .couldn't recommend it more highly.
