Nachts haben die Hunde des Vermieters wenigstens nicht gekläfft, tagsüber sehr viel. Das Wasser im Bad war warm, die Lage war einigermaßen ruhig. Der Kühlschrank war einigermaßen neuwertig. Ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden
Die Wohnung ist billig und völlig heruntergekommen, eher eine Baustelle als eine Wohnung, absolut sanierungsbedürftig und sehr dunkel. Die Küche war mies ausgestattet, die Küchenschränke z.T. defekt und verschmutzt, kein zusammenpassendes Geschirr und Besteck, viel zu wenig Töpfe, kochen war schwerl...
