Persönlichen Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, war immer erreichbar.
Einfache Ausstattung, ist nicht negativ, reicht auch aus. Bad scheint neu renoviert zu sein, leider fehlt eine Spülmaschine, eine bequeme Couch würde auch nicht schaden.
