Lovingly, newly renovated holiday home directly on the Danube and right on the city limits of Regensburg.
Perfect for a holiday with a large family or with friends. The chalet is located directly on the Danube and the Danube Cycle Path Ulm - Vienna on a property of approx. 3,000 sqm in the middle of a landscape protection area. On the ground floor, there is a large living/dining area with satellite TV and an electric fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
The 6 bedrooms upstairs almost all have a view of the Danube.
All bedrooms are equipped with custom-made beds made of solid wood.
The room in the attic has a separate satellite TV in addition to a breathtaking view.
There are 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet in the house. In a terraced garden of approx. 250 sqm with a barbecue area, old chestnut and linden trees provide natural shade.
Chairs, tables, and loungers are provided.
Parking spaces are available free of charge right next to the house. Directly in front of your doorstep, the Danube Cycle Path Ulm-Vienna and the hiking trail Max-Schultze-Steig pass by and invite you to hike and cycle in the magnificent nature.
Other leisure activities such as golf, stand-up paddling, and swimming are also just a stone's throw away. You have the entire holiday home to yourself and will only share it with your fellow travellers. The UNESCO World Heritage city of Regensburg with its countless opportunities in culture (e.g. House of Bavarian History), sightseeing (e.g. historic old town, cathedral), Danube shipping, or the Walhalla can be reached by car or bicycle in just a few minutes. Please note that any visitor's tax that may be due is not included in the total price.

Haus und Garten sind toll. Ausblick auf Donau und überall alte hohe Bäume. Geweckt von Vogelzwitschern. Sehr angehmer Aufenthalt. Im Haus war alles vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist traumhaft und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Ess- und Wohnbereich sind groß genug, dass man sich in Gruppen perfekt darin aufhalten kann. Lage und Aussicht sind traumhaft und wir alle haben den Aufenthalt genossen.
