The holiday home is located directly on the beach in one of the most beautiful bays on the island of Hvar, with beach access.
It is ideal for families with children or romantic couples who want to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, an additional sofa bed, a dining kitchen, and a small bathroom with a shower.
The house, Casa Poseidon, is located 7m from the waterline, directly on the beach.
Through the large terrace of the house, you have your own area with a view of the sea and across the beach.
A freshwater shower is available here after a dip in the sea.
The house has approx. 50 sqm of living space + 30 sqm terrace with an outdoor freshwater shower.
The Zarace bay consists of a small cluster of weekend houses, 8 kilometers from the town of Hvar.
The bay is lively during the main season, with life taking place on the terraces of the restaurants and on the beach.
You cannot drive directly into the bay by car.
The car parking is located about 100m away in the parking lot of the neighboring restaurant.
A wheelbarrow is available for transporting luggage.
The main town of Hvar and the ferry port town of Starigrad are both easily accessible within 8km.
Old hiking trails lead from Zarace bay towards Milna or Dubovica.
In front of the house, there is a boat jetty for motorboats.
These can also be rented from various rental companies in the town of Hvar.
The house was built and furnished in a stylish manner.
Terracotta tiled floors, old solid wood doors, and an old Franklin stove complete the picture of the house.
Please note that any tourist tax that may be incurred is not included in the total price.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Unterkunft Casa Poseidon. Die Lage ist perfekt - nur wenige Schritte zur Bucht und weniger als 15 min Autofahrt nach Hvar. Toller Ort zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich und schön. Wir waren ganz allein. Das Haus ist einfach und mit allem ausgestattet. Sollte etwas fehlen gibt es direkt einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Einzig allein die Dusche kostet Geduld, weil nach dem Duschen alles überschwemmt ist.
