Located on the historic Abades Street, in the heart of the Santa Cruz district and just steps from the Cathedral, the Alcázar, and La Giralda, this residence offers a one-of-a-kind stay in Seville.
The house preserves original architectural elements such as high coffered ceilings, stained-glass windows, galleries, and private patios, evoking the grandeur of another era while providing modern comfort.
Spread over multiple floors connected by an elegant staircase, the property features 7 bedrooms, 6 of them with en-suite bathrooms and private lounge areas.
Bed sizes range from twin (1.05 x 2.00 m) to large doubles (1.80 x 2.00 m).
There’s also an additional guest bathroom.
The spacious and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for longer stays or larger groups.
The main living room is spectacular, with separate lounge and dining areas, handcrafted details, and refined decor.

Amazing place and very spacious! We were all so shocked at how beautiful the place was. It was clean and as per description, bed linen and towels were soft, bed comfortable. Furnishings all lovely and great quality. Location was perfect as we did not have to walk too far to get to anything, especially in the heat. Very happy with it all and the service and communication by the team.
