Larios is a magnificent and bright apartment located in a historic building but completely renovated with great detail.
It has 3 large bedrooms and high ceilings.
At the entrance of the apartment we find a spacious hall, which leads to the first bedroom on the right hand side, which has 2 single beds of 0.90 x 1.90.
Then we have the living room, totally exterior and with designer furniture.
It has a seating area with a TV and a dining area.
In addition, it has a double sofa bed, which gives the apartment the capacity of up to 8 people.
In the living room we find a window that communicates with the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils.
The kitchen is spacious, modern and bright.
Upon leaving the living room we find a full bathroom with a bathtub.
Continuing along the corridor are the remaining 2 bedrooms, the first with 2 single beds of 0.90 x 1.90, and finally the master bedroom, which has a double bed of 1.50 cm, dressing room and exterior bathroom en suite with shower.
The apartment is located in the center of Malaga, close to all the monuments, museums and tourist attractions in the area, as well as restaurants, coffee shops, tapas bars and all kinds of shops and stores.
The cathedral is just 2 minutes walking and Larios Street just 1 minute.
