Our one bed-room apartment boasts an incredible location, directly on the seafront of Marina di Campo, in one of its main squares.
Apartment (2/4 beds)
Bright apartment located on the third floor of a small building without a lift, modern and equipped with every comfort, it has a large living room with kitchen and double sofa bed (ideal for 1 adult or two children), double bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower .

- electric plates; refrigerator with freezer; double tv; electric oven; microwave; washing machine; air conditioning included in the price; capsule coffee machine
Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys, family welcome)
- check-in in our Agency from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Pessima esperienza. L’appartamento è trascurato e in cattivo stato. Bagno con sanitari rovinati, doccia arrugginita da cui l’acqua usciva malissimo, bidet da cui l’acqua usciva male e inutilizzabile. La lavatrice era arrugginita e piena di muffa, impossibile da usare. Anche la camera lasciava a desi...
