The small town Floridia is about 12 km away from Syracuse and 109 m above sea level. It was founded in 1628 and today it has a population of about 23,000 residents. A blooming and peaceful countryside surrounds the town, allowing a relaxing holiday in a Mediterranean landscape. For all those looking for the waves of the sea, the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and a beautiful rocky coastline are less than 20 km away from Floridia.

Location:

The wonderful detached house Villa Paola is located approximately 4 km away from the centre of Floridia in an absolute quiet and typical Sicilian landscape. The villa is in a completely fenced property of about 3,000 m² and has different and varied outdoor spaces equipped with all comforts: private swimming pool, football field with lawn, BBQ, orchard, kicker.

Outside accommodation:

From the living room you reach two opposing porches, in which you can enjoy great times outdoors. In front of the house there is a veranda with sitting area and sun lounger to relax, while the porch on the back is ideal to play, although also with seating facilities. Directly from the window of the living room you can see the large and beautiful private swimming pool (12m x 6 m, open from 01/04 to 31/10), available to make your holiday even better. Separated by a hedge, near the pool, a small football pitch with lawn (40 m x 20 m) for unforgettable carefree family moments. Near the football field there is an orchard of trees, whose fruits can be picked by guests depending on the season. Opposite one of the two porches is the barbecue area with BBQ for enjoyable evenings. The rest of the garden is equipped with furniture for those who want to spend their holiday gladly doing nothing and simply relax.

Conclusion:

Villa Paola is not only the ideal house for a family with children, but is also an excellent location to let yourself be pampered by the climate and beauty of the island. Syracuse with its unique history and monuments is easily reachable for a day trip, as well as the sandy beach of Fontane Bianche which is little more than 15 minutes away by car.

The villa offers a 160 sqm large living space on two floors, 60 square meters on the ground floor and 100 square meters on the first floor, and is comfortably furnished for eight people.

The entrance door leads to a bright open living room with large windows which overlook the surrounding garden and the pool. Here you will find a dining table, fireplace, sofas and satellite TV. On the left side of the living room is the separate kitchen with small storage room. Espresso machine (classic espresso maker) available. Bathroom with tub, WC / bidet. Washing machine.

A staircase leads to the first floor where large windows provide for a light and friendly atmosphere. Here are the four bedrooms of the house with air conditioning and LCD TV: two double bedrooms with private balcony and two bedrooms with 2 single beds both with balcony. From all balconies you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside and the pool. Bathroom with shower, toilet / bidet. Cot and highchair available.

If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50 € are required for this extra cleaning.
