This self-catering villa consists of cosy living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds and a bathroom.
In the living room there is an extra double sofa bed, so the house can accommodate up to six people.
The living area leads out onto the spacious and shaded terrace, provided with outdoor dining table and barbecue.
Right In front of the terrace are the two nice pools, shared by four units. The characteristics rocky coves Li Baietti and Le Sorgenti are just 450 meters away while the fascinating beach of Li Cossi is 1500 meters far and it can be reached via a path immersed in a beautiful natural scenery. The nearest airport and port is Olbia Costa Smeralda, 85 Km and Alghero, 95 Km. Extra services on request, to be booked at least 2 weeks before arrival: Not included in the rental price: Bed linen and towels (initial set) (upon request): 20.00€ per person Credit card security deposit (mandatory): 500.00€ Baby chair (on request): 50.00€ per child Crib (upon request): 50.00€ per child Pool towels (on request): 8.00€ per person Pets (on request): 100.00€ per pet Arrival after standard time (on request): 30.00€ Arrival after standard time (after 22:00) (on request): 50.00€ In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply. Ginepro Verde is a holiday home located in the northern coast of Sardinia in Costa Paradiso. Its position offers delightful views, especially from the pool area.
A glass door will welcome you to the outdoor spaces of this villa in Costa Paradiso. At Villetta Ginepro Verde, if you want to take a dip, the shared swimming pool will be at your disposal as well as always visible from the property.
The veranda is an excellent refreshment point before and after a long day at the beach. Here there is a barbecue that will give you the opportunity to relax with grilled food that will be to the liking of all your guests. The house is surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub and a very suggestive view of the coast.

Costa Paradiso during the summer is well equipped with all the necessary services for a holiday in a villa. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants serving local cuisine, as well as various sports possibilities and small souvenir shops.
