Great location for all of the major spots in the lakes. Very close to pooley bridge (10-15 mins).
Very close to local supermarket which was handy also. Some great food spots in Penrith itself (Favilla was a highlight)

Perfect accomodation to stay.
Staff is very friendly. I feel I was at home, very warm communication.
Strongly recommended.
I wish to stay again in this studio.
Also, good location, close to Morrisons shop, 10 minutes drive to historical town centre,close to motorway.
Everything is perfect.

Great little Studio not far from Penrith train station! Booked this as we were going to a wedding and it was just what we needed! The owner was super friendly and happy to help at any time :)
