Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV with BT Sport and WiFi. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and off-road parking for two cars on a shared driveway. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and three well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop within 0.8 mile and a pub within 1.5 miles. Please note that the spiral staircase is out of use and guests will need to bring their own wood for the stove. Primrose Cottage is an idyllic escape in lovely Norfolk.
